Filling in time Day 306
Friday, January 8th, 2010Friday January 8, 2010 Woke early probably due to all my sleeping yesterday!! Packed the dreaded backpacks & stored them as we won’t leave the hostel until about 9.30pm tonight. Spent the morning wandering around the city, mainly Parque Nacional…….very exciting!!!
As we were wandering we stumbled across a cinema showing Avatar, what better way to fill in the afternoon!! The theatre was very old & as I have discovered ‘Cine Variedades’ first opened in 1891 as a Vaudeville theatre & screened it’s first (silent) movie in 1930.

It’s now 9pm & we have filled our bellies, found somewhere to stay in Panama & we are sort of ready for our mega bus trip!!!!
