Tuesday December 1, 2009 – Last night was much better….I managed to keep a dry piece of toast down for breakfast. Then we found a hammock each under the palm trees by the beach and I slept a bit more. We got up and walked 50m down the street and had lunch (half a bagel with avo) then back to the hammock for some more reading and snoozing.

Lee was entertained with some fellow travellers who asked him to join them playing shithead, then joined in the beach volleyball at 3pm. Dinner was at the hostel and I had grilled chicken with a salad. I didn’t end up eating it all….but that was OK.

We hadn’t heard from Monica all day regarding the tour to Chitzen Itza, then she finally got in touch early evening and they are doing the same tour tomorrow so we will get to do it after all.
