Lee n Tan

Monday November 30, 2009 – Had the worst night of my life! At about midnight (with the bar on the beach absolutely going off with a live band) I started getting stomach cramps and diarrhoea. I threw up once but have never been so ill or had such excruciating stomach cramps ever!!!

We woke early as we were supposed to be heading back to  Cancun and going on a tour to Chitzen Itza but that definitely isn’t going to happen. Lee tried everything to get in touch with Monica at the Hostel but the phone numbers she gave us were incorrect so he resorted to sending a couple of emails explaining my predicament.

I spent the whole day between the toilet and the bed…..luckily we had moved to a nice bright airy room so my day wasn’t too much doom and gloom. Lee amused himself throughout the day….but did spend most of it with me which I greatly appreciated.
